Laboratory Experiments, Lecture Guide and Laboratory Guide
- The VisionTutor Computer Vision Course is designed for a one semester session. It is intended for senior or graduate level students.
- The course is designed for three hours of lecture and three hours of lab each week.
- VisionTutor materials may also be used as a self-study course, or for a one week intensive (40 hour) training course by commerical organizations.
Course Components
Lecture Materials
- Lecture Slides
- The VisionTutor Lecture Slides are a set documents containing decriptive course material. They are designed to be used with overhead transparency projectors. The slides are provided as PDF (Portable Document Format) files on tape and may be convered into transparencies by the User.
- Lecture Guide
- The VisionTutor Lecture Guide is a 800 page document that contains copies of the lecture slides with instructor notes.
Laboratory Materials
- Laboratory Guide
- The VisionTutor Laboratory Guide is a 400 page manual that describes 300 experiemnts that the student may run using the VisionTutor Software Module and the KBVision System.
- Laboratory Software Module
- The VisionTutor Laboratory Software Module provides the desktops, data and tasks (executable operations), all interfaced to the KBVision System. This module allows the students to perform experiments in image processing and it supports the classroom lectures. Students also have the option of using their own data.
